*On Friday, July 31, 2026, the program will meet from 9 AM - 12 PM, followed by an End of Summer Celebration. All Summer SNAP Participants are invited to the Celebration, whether or not they enroll for the morning of July 31st.SNAP is pleased to offer a Summer Program for students with special needs. This program is offered to participants ages 4 – 22 who receive special education services. The program will take place on Weekday afternoons at South Shore Country Club.
Dates: Monday June 30, 2026 - Friday July 31, 2026.
Time: 12:00-3:30PM.

For those participants who require it, 1:1 support will be provided.
Program Description: During each day, our participants will rotate through several different activities, such as bowling, using the golf simulator, sensory activities, and arts & crafts. Limit to 25 participants per week.
Cost: Week 1-5 participants can sign up for 5 days at $300
Week 1: June 29-July 3, Week 2: July 6-10, Week 3: July 13- 17, Week 4: July 20- 24, Week 5: July 27-31*
What to bring/wear: Clothes suitable for movement, as well as athletic shoes, reusable water bottle
Registration: This program is open to students who receive special education services ages 4 – 22.
